We’re an IT Support Company in London. We love tech and productivity tools that help us work more efficient. Oh, and we love them even more when they’re free!

The tech tools below will save you time and money.

Use these productivity tools to design employee surveys, automate business tasks, make sure your spelling and grammar is always bob on, set up automation and workflows… enjoy!

Project Management

Asana is an intuitive productivity tool that helps you and your team manage tasks and projects from start to finish. You can view in kanban, list or timeline. Set your objectives and see them through.

Graphic Design

Canva offers great drag-and-drop designs to create flyers, graphics, presentations, and more. There is a pro version but the free one is good to go.

Grammer and Spelling

Grammarly ensures everything you type is clear, effective, and mistake-free. I use this for word and outlook – it’s great! A productivity tool that does the sense check for us.

Automation

Zapier automatically moves information between selected apps to save you masses of time and effort.

Collaboration

Witeboard – yep I did spell it correctly even though Grammarly picked it up. It makes team brainstorming a breeze with an easy-to-use online whiteboard. I created that dog above (yes a dog) but really it’s for brainstorming 🙂

Forms and Surveys

Typeform makes it easy to create beautiful and effective surveys and forms with drag-and-drop templates. It also integrates data into most CRMs too.

Productivity

Pocket is a great tool to allow you to save content to read later when you do have time. The “read it later” portal also syncs between devices. I’d constantly have browser windows open on my phone and laptop – now I don’t!

Password Security & Management

LastPass is a password manager that stores usernames and passwords for individuals and teams. I don’t know what I’d do without it. I don’t know all my passwords – I just know one, my LastPass master password and that’s all I need to know.

Microsoft Teams

We can’t forget Teams – the ultimate in my view for productivity and the portal where you can link, share and access productivity apps.
