If you’d like to understand more about our range of services, the Penntech Services Infodeck will provide you with an overview, but it is not intended to be exhaustive.

The Client Handbook is provided at the outset and covers everything our clients may need.  It also sets out all options for support, be it phone, email, our website support pages or direct from desktops.

We provide all primary contacts with access to the Penntech Portal where our clients can manage tickets and SLA’s.  Portal access can be assigned to other team members with relevant security levels to view their own or the team’s activities.

All team members have access to raise tickets quickly and efficiently through the Penntech endpoint located in their desktop taskbar.  We make it as easy as possible and cover all preferred options.

Penntech’s Client Portal

The dashboard view provides a snapshot of all activity, which can drill down for Management Reporting. The dashboard offers search functionality and an overview of the infrastructure’s health through graphs for ease.

Security

Security is a major problem for all businesses, regardless of size. Software patching and antivirus is a critical aspect of cybersecurity management. Individual user hardware is monitored and managed 24/7 to protect you.

Asset register

IT Assets are listed in the Client Portal so you can keep track of your valuable hardware. If you have any other assets not related to IT these can also be added by you as your central asset register.

Raise tickets

Requests for support or progress updates can be managed through the Portal, and quotes for additional hardware or services managed here too.
